Recovery Slow for Wranglers Dave Young Saturday, July 30th , 1977 The road to recovery is going to be a little longer for Dallas starting pitcher Dave Young. The team announced today that Young suffered a setback in his rehabilitation and will not return to the roster for at least 11-12 months. He is being treated for a torn ligament in his elbow. Dave Young is expected to undergo surgery in Dallas(Texas) tomorrow. |
