Tommy Robinson was dynamite at Allegheny Field today, blowing away the Brooklyn Bluebirds in a shutout victory. The Pittsburgh Industrials starter had everything working as he held the Bluebirds to 8 hits in the 6-0 win.

"He was pure nasty out there today," said Brooklyn skipper John Meeker. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing."

Robinson finished the game with 8 strikeouts and 2 walks.

So far this season, Robinson has logged a 6-3 record with a 2.67 ERA. He has started 5 games, hurled 81 innings and registered 69 strikeouts and 39 walks.
