Anderson Earns ABL Player of the Week Monday, August 18th , 1975 When it came to hitting the baseball, Ron Anderson had few peers in the American Baseball League this past week. The talented left fielder for Boston tagged opposing pitchers for a .625 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
