Adams Day-to-Day with Injury Tuesday, September 23rd , 1975 Lords star first baseman Tom Adams might be sitting it out a few days after he picked up an injury in yesterday's game against the Toronto Hurons. He sustained knee tendinitis while running the bases. Adams isn't expected to miss a lot of time. However, doctors want to be cautious. They said he would be day-to-day for about 4 weeks. Adams is hitting .255 in 1975 with 47 RBIs and 8 home runs. |
