Fletcher Wins Newcomer of the Month Wednesday, October 1st , 1975 The American Baseball League scribes have selected September's Rookie of the Month and have awarded the honor to Bill Fletcher of San Francisco. For the month of September the 22-year-old Fletcher recorded a 4-0 won-lost mark with a 2.76 ERA and no strikeouts in 29.1 innings. So far this season, Fletcher has compiled a 4-1 record with a 3.16 ERA. |
