Bad News for Davalos and Twin Cities Friday, September 27th , 1974 Team doctors reported that the pace of recovery for David Davalos has been hampered by several recent setbacks and they have reassessed his injury situation. If all goes well, the Twin Cities Northmen first baseman should rejoin the club in one week. Davalos is suffering from a sprained ankle. So far this season, Davalos is batting .283 with 10 home runs, 50 RBIs and 59 runs scored. He has 123 hits in 434 at-bats, 61 walks and a .375 OBP. Davalos has played in 116 games. |
