The team has been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Before this season, the Pobladores last missed the playoffs in 1971. In the 28 years they have been a Major League Baseball franchise, they have missed the playoffs 23 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Pobladores have only made the playoffs once. Los Angeles last won the World Series in 1957. |
