Burros-Quakers Trade: Rosales for Hartman Monday, December 29th , 1975 It's being reported in the Denver press that the Burros have traded 25-year old C Tom Rosales and a 4th round draft pick to the Philadelphia Quakers for 35-year old RHP Mel Hartman. However, there is no confirmation by the two ball clubs. Philadelphia will retain a portion of Hartman's remaining contract. In his career, Rosales has compiled a .227 batting average and collected 120 hits, 15 home runs and 70 RBIs. So far in his career, Hartman has 192 wins and 148 losses and a 3.14 ERA. |
