San Vicente Park was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Dallas Wranglers and Los Angeles Pobladores.

The Dallas Wranglers picked up a win at San Vicente Park, downing the Los Angeles Pobladores, 5-4, in 12 innings. On the mound for Dallas was left-hander Charlie Sokol, who played a pivotal role in the win. With this game in the books, Dallas is 42-32, Los Angeles 27-46.

Dallas used the timely hitting of Rick Adams to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Wranglers on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Sokol. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
