Washington Defeated By Bulls, 6-4
|
Kansas City first baseman Ken Durick had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Washington Eagles, 6-4. The Bulls, at 39-41, have now won 5 straight.
The game turned with no one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Durick hit a 3-run home run off Oscar Contreras. It propelled the Bulls into the lead, 3-0.
"Like I've always said, I'm the straw that stirs the drink," Durick said (again).
