Walk-Off Win Makes Chicago 69-92
Hyde Park Stadium was host to some intense drama.

The Houston Drillers went down to defeat to Bobby Bustina and his Chicago teammates. The final score was 3-2 in favor of the Hawks. The Hawks raised their record to 69-92.

Claude McKinney was the walk-off hero for Chicago. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Hawks second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The key at this level is throwing strike one," said Bustina. "Successful pitchers do it."
