Dairymen Use Late Score to Top Bobcats, 8-7
The Milwaukee Dairymen knocked off the Cleveland Bobcats, 8-7, at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium. Ruben Galvan was a big reason Milwaukee won. The catcher was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3. Milwaukee pitcher Ed Davis got the win, upping his record to 2-3. Steve Eaton got the loss. Jeff Butler recorded the save, his 1st.

Randy Adams's at-bat in the bottom of the sixth inning was a big one for Milwaukee. Coming to bat with one out, runners on 2nd and 3rd and Milwaukee trailing 6-5, the pitcher hit a sacrifice fly.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Galvan.

Milwaukee is now 57-71, while Cleveland is 67-63.
