Seagulls Roll to 8-1 Win Over Pobladores
The Los Angeles Pobladores had to reckon with San Francisco Seagulls hurler Arturo Lopez. Lopez, who is tied for 6th in the ABL with a 2.63 ERA, overwhelmed the opposition in the 8-1 Seagulls triumph. In 7.1 innings, Lopez surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 3. He allowed no runs. The win puts the Seagulls at 90-58, while the Pobladores drop to 69-80.

The San Francisco dugout showed signs of unrest at times. But the Seagulls put this one in the win column with some good pitching and some timely hitting at critical moments.
