Northmen Dealt 5-2 Home Loss
|
The 1967 season is getting uglier for Twin Cities.
Seattle Emeralds starter Mike Blalock turned in an exceptional performance against the Twin Cities Northmen at Twin Cities Stadium, resulting in a Seattle win, 5-2. The current losing streak for Twin Cities has reached 7 games.
In the top of the second of a scoreless game, Blalock hit a 3-run home run to put his team ahead.
"Winning is hard sometimes," said Emeralds manager Mark Velez. "This one was nice to get."
