Gilley, Wolverines Too Much for Wranglers
Bob Gilley knocked in 5 runs to help Detroit beat Dallas, 6-4. Gilley produced 2 singles and 1 home run. William Matz, the winner, is now 6-4. He struck out 9 and walked 2 over 6.2 innings, while allowing 4 runs on 9 hits. With the win, the Wolverines have a record of 34-20.
