Bullins Pops Two Homers in 7-2 Win for Atlanta
|
Ron Bullins knocked in 4 runs to help Atlanta beat Baltimore, 7-2. The Scottsdale, Arizona native tallied 1 single and 2 home runs. At 25-31, Atlanta is in last place in the American Baseball League Eastern Division.
With Atlanta leading 4-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Bullins batted against Baltimore pitcher Nate Summers. Bullins hit a changeup to right for a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season put the Generals on top, 7-1.
Bullins called the win "a lesson in teamwork."
