Chicago Hawks Owner Dies Sunday, April 27th , 1975 Randy Ives has died. A spokesperson for a local Chicago hospital reported that the Chicago Hawks owner passed away today. Cause of death was not released. The team has scheduled a press conference for tomorrow. It is expected that son Andre will take his father's position in the organization. He has a reputation for being penny-pincher in financial matters and lenient in personnel matters. |
