Wynn Thwarts Twin Cities, 6-0
Sunday, May 30th , 1976
The Twin Cities Northmen were almost helpless in their 6-0 loss to the Los Angeles Pobladores and hurler Dave Wynn. Wynn kept the Northmen confused all game, spinning a 5-hit shutout.

"Tip your hat to Wynn," Twin Cities manager Jason Gudim said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night."

The 25-year-old right-hander had 1 walk and 4 strikeouts in a strong performance.

"It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Wynn said. "It was just one of those games that things went my way."

For the season, Wynn has compiled a 5-2 record with a 2.65 ERA.
