Sokol Thwarts Twin Cities, 9-0

In a remarkable performance, Dallas Wranglers starter Charlie Sokol beat the Twin Cities Northmen, 9-0, in an impressive 6-hit shutout.
"My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this."
The Wranglers hurler finished with 8 strikeouts and 3 walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball.
"It was a rough one for my guys," Twin Cities manager Jason Gudim said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
This season, Sokol has compiled a 7-3 mark, 2.31 ERA and made 13 starts.
