Ramirez Tames Cleveland Wednesday, June 18th , 1975 Juan Ramirez kept the Cleveland Bobcats hitters from doing much damage at Quakers Stadium. Cleveland could only muster 2 hits and draw no walks against the right-handed Ramirez, who controlled them throughout the game. Philadelphia won the contest, 4-0. Ramirez added 2 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Ramirez told reporters after the shutout win.
