Razor-Sharp Visco Blanks St. Louis

Dennis Visco had an impressive outing at Corps of Discovery Stadium, hurling the Pittsburgh Industrials to a 1-0 shutout victory over the St. Louis Explorers.
"He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," St. Louis skipper Ray Fleetwood said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders."
On the day, the left-handed Visco yielded 3 hits and tallied 2 strikeouts with 2 walks.
Currently Visco has a 10-4 won-lost record in 15 starts with a 2.27 ERA. He also has 59 strikeouts in 119 innings.
