Razor-Sharp Cardenas Blanks Brooklyn

The Brooklyn Bluebirds met their match today in Cleveland hurler Bruce Cardenas. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 5-hit shutout.
"He just worked us over," Brooklyn skipper John Meeker said. "He probably didn't even need a shower after the game -- he barely worked up a sweat."
