Johnson Bashes 5 Base Hits Thursday, September 19th , 1974 San Francisco Seagulls second baseman Don Johnson went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Twin Cities Northmen for 5 hits to help San Francisco win, 5-4, over Twin Cities at Mission Field. Don Johnson singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th, flied out in the 9th, singled in the 12th and hit an RBI triple in the 14th.
